I absolutely adore this top! I came across it online and knew I had to have it. It combines several of this seasons styles – romance, ruffles, and the statement sleeve! Don’t mind the hair and raincoat…it was a rainy and windy day in Massachusetts!
This is the Romantic Blouse from Zara. I am normally a size 0 and XS in tops. I ordered this in 2 sizes, knowing Zara runs small. Sure enough, I liked the way the S fits better. The XS fit, but it didn’t look as loose and flowy as I wanted so I sent it back.
What to Wear Underneath
For these photos, I wore a nude cami underneath. It worked out okay, but the camisole is not a perfect match for my skin tone, so you can kind of see it. I was traveling in Boston at the time and it was chilly, so I needed a full camisole. When I am normally in Texas, I wear a nude colored bralette, and I think that works much better. The key is to find something very close to your skin color.

I get so many compliments when I wear this top! I normally don’t buy anything full price because I am a deal hunter. When this top arrived, I thought it didn’t look as nice as on the model, so I was skeptical. But, I loved all the details about it so decided to keep it. Lo and behold, many many people have stopped me to compliment me on it, ask where I got it, touch it, etc.! I even told someone, I wasn’t sure if it was worth full price and they said, “It is!!” So, if you’re on the fence about this one, get it! I love it!!
